a) Driver spoke English which was a big help. Alert and attentive to the customer. I would recommend Faizal to my peers without a doubt. b) Gozo customer care is swift in responses. Apart from queries, everything was solved via email. No requirement of a phone call. C) The time duration of sending the cab and driver details should be clearly highlighted to the customer. Someone travelling between 4 cities in 2 days can not afford to struggle with miscommunication
